Each and every time I contacted Chef Ari prior to the wedding, he was approachable, and had everything under control; he and his staff far exceeded our expectations as far as anticipating and planning every detail of the event.

ri’s business is professional, yet we felt he had a very personal motivation towards making the wedding reception very special for us. The buffet table and passed hors d’oeuvres were exquisite, and not one bit of taste was sacrificed for presentation. All of the food was fresh, and delicious.
